Featuring sweeping 360 degree views of the State Capital, Cathedral Hill and the Mississippi River, and positioned on the top floor with 10,000 SF of interior space and 4,000 SF of outdoor terrace including direct elevator access. This million dollar interior remodel includes new mechanical systems, smart home controls, all new doors and windows, heated floors and a redesign of the outdoor spaces for a couple who love to entertain. We mixed old with new in a universal and safe design for our aging clients by eliminating raised platforms, adding handrails and grab bars throughout. A reworked floor plan added a flexible third bedroom and office suite, as well as a dog wash and laundry space. Sleek, modern and elegant furnishings and materials were refreshed, and careful attention was paid to the lighting of objects that feature the amazing stories belonging to the owners of this extravagant home.
