The building is what partners Tim Niver and Chef JD Fratzke initially fell in love with; a registered historical building with its rich color and pattern let elements of the design stand on their own, and in support of the food and service.
Creation of the identity and graphic aesthetic of the marketing collateral was styled to evoke a prohibition era St Paul and project a tongue-in-cheek sense of humor in promotion of the award winning restaurant. Still going strong after seven years business, The Strip Club Meat and Fish was just voted "Best Restaurant St Paul" and "Best Service" by the Citypages Readers Poll in May of 2015.
